According to Lynn Teger of Teger Commercial, LLC, Mi-Box Moving and Mobile Storage, a self-storage, mobile container company, will be opening one of the first facilities of its kind at the West Haverstraw Business Park located on 9 Carol Ave. off Rte. 9W. Teger Commercial was the sole broker in the lease transaction.
