Teger Comm'l. completes 15,000 s/f lease to Mi-Box Moving and Mobile Storage in West Haverstraw

According to Lynn Teger of Teger Commercial, LLC, Mi-Box Moving and Mobile Storage, a self-storage, mobile container company, will be opening one of the first facilities of its kind at the West Haverstraw Business Park located on 9 Carol Ave. off Rte. 9W.  Teger Commercial was the sole broker in the lease transaction. The storage container company will occupy a brand-new 15,000 s/f freestanding building. Mi-Box offers immediate availability, guaranteed on time delivery (or delivery is free) level loading and unloading, and more. The West Haverstraw Business Park is in an Empire Zone. Potential benefits include wage tax credits for employees and property tax credits for a period of up to ten years.
