Helping to turnaround One World Trades' perception in the marketplace. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010? Advancing One World Trades position on the global stage through signing an LOI with Conde Nast for approximately 1 million s/f. How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry? Founding IRE@L, Integrated Real Estate at Lehigh University, a minor in Real Estate in the Business College and actively mentoring young people for the industry. What advice would you give to women just starting out in commercial real estate? Look professional in your dress, find a mentor (not your boss) to guide you and dedicate yourself to the business. How do you manage the work/life balance? By having a very supportive husband who understands my goals and is always willing to pitch in at home more than half way. Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career? Definately my Father and Mother (both of whom were in the industry) who showed by example to give your best effort all the time and putting the client's interest first. What impact has social networking had on your business? I have found my contributions to charities and my alma mater Lehigh University where I have served as Trustee for over 7 years has added tremendously to my growth as an individual which has advanced my career.
