What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? It is rewarding to be part of MTA’s initiative to make New York City’s subway system accessible. This massive project includes multiple stations located in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  I recently resolved a property tax matter for a nationwide retailer related to a bundle of properties in Upstate New York. The project was very broad in scope and required a significant amount of organization and coordination over a long period of time.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  “The Review Avenue Complex” is a multi-story warehouse comprised of 736,400 s/f flexible floor plates, suitable for 400-500 per s/f loading, with suites starting at 25,000 s/f.

What are the most important factors young women should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with?  Young women beginning their legal careers should look to firms that firmly commit to elevating the careers of their female attorneys. They should look for firms that make available alliances

Which professional organization(s) would you recommend to women just starting out in your industry: The Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS) is a collegial organization made up of CRE brokers and affiliated professionals. They offer educational seminars, provide mentoring relationships and create numerous opportunities to network with your industry peers.

What are the most important factors young women should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with?  Young Women entering the legal profession should choose law firms that are willing to invest in their professional career development and are sensitive to resolving and advancing women issues in the workplace.

Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you?  I know I’m supposed to say this because he’s my boss and he will read this, but in all honesty, I am inspired by Adam Levine (president of Capitol Fire Sprinkler).

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  We represent commercial property owners and tenants across New York State. While many of our clients are owners or major tenants of retail, office or multi-family properties, we also represent recreational properties such as golf courses and marinas.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  In an impressive feat, our team successfully sold 131 units in Rego Park, a territory we don’t typically operate in. This achievement was the result of countless hours of meticulous due diligence.
