Steven Evans

“Steve is relentlessly hardworking and unwavering in his commitment to putting clients first. He’s transparent, direct, and always telling it like it is. Recent goal and impact:

We recently secured two 10-year leases at an agency listing we represent in Flatiron, both with fashion industry tenants, which is an uncommon choice for Midtown South. These deals not only reinforced our relationships with the brokerage community and the property owner, but also expanded our reach positioning us for future listing opportunities and even bigger growth than we’ve experienced in recent years. In fact, our commercial leasing division has taken on more listings in the first quarter of this year than what we had seen in all of 2024.

Sharing knowledge and expertise:

I actively share my knowledge and guide our team by leading by example. There’s no better way for colleagues to learn than by being thrown to the wolves and seeing how deals actually come to fruition. I involve our team in calls with co-brokers, and engage them during showings so that they see how the industry works first hand. I also emphasize the importance of market knowledge, as well as building strong relationships with both brokers and clients alike. These three elements often go hand in hand when becoming a successful broker and an authority in our market.

Best advice for new leaders: Lead by example:

Maintain a strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism and foster relationships.
