Success in construction today means being both a strategist and connector – seeing the big picture, building strong relationships, and listening deeply to deliver smart, collaborative solutions that help people navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

What inspired you to start your firm, and how has your vision evolved over the years? I founded SkyQueen Realty to bridge the two worlds I know well — real estate and aviation. Early on, my vision focused on connecting aviation companies with properties tailored to their operational needs. This relatively small site required careful consideration through many iterations of concept plans to best accommodate the project’s needs.

The most rewarding project I’ve worked on is coordinating high school summer internship programs at Ariel by partnering with a local girls’ school and a nonprofit that helps students from underserved NYC neighborhoods attend top colleges/universities.

Every transaction has many layers of risk and having the substantive knowledge to analyze the risks, understand leverage and prioritize issues is essential.
