We expect to see a continued increase in the installation and ongoing maintenance of emergency radio communication systems, specifically Auxiliary Radio Communication (ARC) systems in New York City and Bi-Directional Amplification (BDA) systems outside of the five boroughs.

We built and leased the first HomeSense–a TJX Company–in New York.

At Cooper Carry we are working on some of the more impactful projects in the city. This includes Lighthouse Point a new mixed-use community in St. George, Staten Island. The residential component will offer affordable housing units. In Hoboken we are working on a full service hotel adjacent to Hoboken, NJ Transit Station.

The New York City Brownfield Partnership rolled out its newest program, the Redevelopment Roundtable in August, 2018 and held its second successful Roundtable in November.
