I led the delivery of multiple prebuilt suites that make the workplace feel more like home, aligning with Marx’s signature approach
What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community?Because of my role, I’m involved in every project that comes through our office, which makes it hard to choose just one.
What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community?I am most excited and proud of all of my work in the senior housing space. Currently, I am working on three active adult projects across the eastern coast of the U.S. and it’s been such a rewarding experience.
What do you wish more women knew about the opportunities available in the construction industry today?Women are major decision makers and constitute a large portion of the construction industry from wielding machinery to project management and to providing financing.
What emerging challenge or opportunity do you see shaping the construction industry in the next few years, and how are you preparing for it?I’d say this is evolving rather than emerging: our culture’s relationship with technology has created digital hyper-connection alongside physical and emotional isolation.

As COO of Construction, I’m honored to spearhead the development of our in-house construction group.
