What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? I’m most proud of advancing our hospitality-first approach across the Sage portfolio, reimagining our properties to operate like high-end hotels where service, design, and daily experience are intentional at every touchpoint.

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? Along with my partner Adam Kopald, I co-led the Goodwin team that advised Newbond Holdings on the $408 million acquisition of two of San Francisco’s largest and most recognizable hotels: the Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 San Francisco – A Hilton Hotel.

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? At CLA, I am proud to have led the expansion of our Northeast cost segregation practice, helping build a strong, sustainable presence across New York and the greater Northeast. What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? When renting a home, the biggest question is always “Will I be approved?” For decades, that answer has depended on slow, manual reviews by leasing teams, often taking days.

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? The best compliment you can get from a client is being sent another deal. Recently, I was introduced to a new opportunity before we even closed the current transaction.

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? I’m most proud of leading the marketing and communications for our newly published case study on the Con Edison Smart Usage Rewards page, highlighting our partnership

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? I’m most proud of leading the full Yardi conversion across our New York portfolio, covering over 59,000 units and 360 buildings. When external consultants exited midway, I took full ownership and led the effort internally through completion.

How do you inspire, motivate, or mentor others within your organization? I believe mentorship is a daily practice. I develop people through the work — giving them responsibility, exposure to clients, and clear expectations.

What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? Handling the firm’s real estate matters, including the renewal of Davis Polk’s New York office lease as well as overseeing the build-out of plans, lease executions and space initiatives for the firm across our office locations.
