Manhattan, NY L&L Holding Company has finalized an agreement with Polsinelli PC to expand and extend its NYC headquarters lease at 600 Third Ave., L&L’s 42-story office tower in the Midtown East District. Polsinelli signed a 10-year lease extension that will keep it at 600 Third Ave. through at least 2036, while also expanding by 13,129 s/f across the entire 33rd floor.

Axis Insurance will relocate from 1211 Ave. of the Americas in Q4 2023, to occupy the entire 17th floor of the property.

Manhattan, NY Cresa Global Inc. (Cresa) managing principal Peter Sabesan and principal Gregg Cohen have arranged a 15-year lease for the new 18,476 s/f New York City headquarters of 777 Partners at One Madison Ave., a premier office tower being developed by SL Green Realty Corp.

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization has signed four leases totaling 19,024 s/f with a variety of tenants at 261 Fifth Ave., an unparalleled office building in the NoMad submarket. Biologique Recherche USA (B.R. USA) renewed its lease and expanded its footprint by 70%, while several new tenants, including Grasshopper Bancorp, Inc., Fleurish NYC and Bold PR LLC, were welcomed to the building.
