CAMCO Commercial Real Estate LLC completes 54,750 s/f industrial lease at 100 Colin Drive
Holbrook, NY CAMCO Commercial Real Estate LLC brokered a lease for 100 Colin Dr., a 54,750 s/f industrial facility.
ITOCHU Corp. leased the industrial property from Sherwood Corporate Center LLC on a 10-year NNN (triple net) basis at $12 per s/f annually. A global trading and investment company, ITOCHU was represented by Gary Friedman and Joseph Nesto of Schacker Real Estate Corp. The landlord was represented by Aric Schachner and Sam Lefkowitz of CAMCO Commercial Real Estate LLC.
