Swerdlin and Mikula of HFF close sale of 10-prop. self-storage portfolio

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP (HFF) has closed the sale of a 10-property self storage portfolio totaling more than one million s/f with assets located throughout New Jersey and New York. HFF marketed the properties exclusively on behalf of the seller, The Hampshire Cos. Extra Space Self Storage purchased the portfolio free and clear of existing debt. The HFF team representing the seller was led by senior managing directors Aaron Swerdlin and Jon Mikula. The Hampshire Cos. is a full-service, private real estate firm based in Morristown, New Jersey. The Hampshire Cos. is an organization that combines creative vision and superior execution, thereby enabling it to create and enhance value in real estate investments.
