Manhattan, NY Dennis Someck, principal and executive managing director, and Justin Myers, managing director and principal of Lee & Associates NYC LLC (Lee NYC) have arranged a five-year lease for Knotch at 52 Walker St., between Broadway and Church St. on the Soho/Tribeca border. In June, the marketing technology firm will relocate to a 5,000 s/f space in a move that will more than double its current, 2,000 s/f of shared office space at 45 West 21st St.

“After its most recent round of funding, Knotch needs its own space with enough room to keep up with its extremely fast growth,” said Someck, who represented the tenant with Myers.

According to Myers, “This is an attractive office in a great location, which will be important for attracting and retaining talent.”

Jack Chiu of Elliman represented the landlord. Asking rent was $60 per s/f.

Knotch’s new fifth-floor office features high ceilings and exposed brick.
