SL Green Realty Corp. secures 21,802 s/f for Infor at 635-641 Avenue of the Americas

According to SL Green Realty Corp. (SLG), Infor, one of the world's largest business software companies, has leased the penthouse duplex covering 21,802 s/f at 635-641 Ave. of the Americas. This most recent expansion by Infor increases their commitment at the building to 114,991 s/f. The two-building complex located between 19th and 20th Sts. is currently being re-developed into a single combined property. Located in the borough's Midtown South submarket, the area is known for its concentration of Internet, technology, advertising and media companies. "The office portion of the 271,000 s/f property is 100% leased months in advance of the scheduled completion date for the re-development work," said Steven Durels, SLG executive VP, director of leasing and real property. "The comprehensive re-development includes a new enlarged lobby, relocation of elevator shafts, new windows, new bathrooms, restoration of the historic façade, new storefronts, state-of-the-art infrastructure and a new rooftop tenant entertainment space with signature bocce court," said Durels. Bruce Mosler, Mark Mandell, Doron Etzioni and Ethan Silverstein of Cushman & Wakefield represented Infor, while Paul Glickman, Mitti Liebersohn, Frank Doyle, Jonathan Fanuzzi and Diana Biasotti of Jones Lang LaSalle acted on behalf of SLG.
