Simone Development signs All County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to 4,807 s/f at 35-30 Francis Lewis Blvd.

Queens, NY Simone Development Companies has signed a 4,807 s/f, long-term lease of medical space with All County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at 35-30 Francis Lewis Blvd. in Flushing. Ownership was represented by in-house leasing and legal teams in direct negotiations with the tenant. The renovated two-story, 37,421 s/f retail and medical center has remaining space available.

“We are excited to welcome All County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to 35-30 Francis Lewis Blvd.,” said Joanna Simone, president of leasing and property management operations for Simone Development Companies. “This practice will enrich our community of healthcare professionals, aligning seamlessly with the property’s focus on fostering top-tier medical providers.”

Simone Development has signed a long-term lease expansion and renewal for 10,000 s/f with ENT and Allergy Associates at the property, who celebrated a grand opening this summer, as well as a new long-term lease with Solaris Health. Other tenants at 35-30 Francis Lewis Blvd. include Gentle Dental World, Family Speech Language Pathology, and Huntington Learning Center.

The property at 35-30 Francis Lewis Blvd is located near the Clearview Expwy. and the Long Island Railroad Port Washington Line and MTA Bus Stops Q28 and Q76, providing access to the rest of the city and the Tri-State area. The property recently underwent exterior renovations and offers on-site parking with signage exposure.
