Shlansky of Winoker Realty brokers a 2,500 s/f lease at 383 Fifth Ave.

Winoker Realty Company has represented Old Windsor Management, owners of 383 Fifth Ave. in a 2,500 s/f lease. Arnold Shlansky, a director at Winoker Realty, negotiated the transaction for the building owner. Mike Greenberg of Adams and Company represented the tenant, engineering firm Kunstadt and Associates. "By offering full floors to smaller space users such as Kunstadt and Associates , this Garment District building can help to enhance the firm's identity. It also caters to the unique needs of both office and accessory showroom tenants," said Shlansky. Asking rents are approximately $45 per s/f for the entire fourth floor which Kunstadt and Associates will occupy. The firm will relocate from 54 West 39th St. Winoker Realty is the exclusive managing and leasing agent for 381 and 383 Fifth Ave. - a pair of boutique style buildings located between 35th and 36th Sts. Built in 1920, each has six stories with floors measuring 2,500 s/f each. Tenants include Monsac Design and Item Showroom.
