Recently, I had the opportunity and privilege to work as the operations project manager on a major and successful building systems transition affecting six properties, representing 10 million s/f of the Silverstein properties portfolio.

th Ave. in NYC. I believe that when doubt seeps in, whether it be intrinsic or from a variety of extrinsic factors, the only way to combat and overcome that is to build a resume - a track record if you will.

I helped a number of subrecipients of billions of dollars in Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund awards create subordinate loan programs to be funded with these grants. This was incredibly challenging and therefore rewarding given the scale,

What is your top advice for someone just starting out in your field? Learn the neighborhoods — zoning, ownership, trends — and build real relationships. Brooklyn is hyper-local, and trust matters. Be consistent, follow through, and don’t be afraid to do the groundwork. Focus on creating value, not just chasing deals.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? One of the recent projects I’m especially proud of is the Osborne Fulton Community Reentry Center in the Bronx. What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? I was fortunate to enjoy a series of very hands-on summer internships when I was in college with a few big name developers. The only possible downside was that they were mostly with very large, very institutional companies.

I recently advised on the acquisition and construction financing of a 325,000 s/f class A office building in Atlanta, featuring 600 structured parking spaces and governed by a commercial and residential condominium regime.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m proud of completing the renovation of the Marquand Library of Art and Archaeology at Princeton University — a major capital improvement project and sole structure retained in the footprint of the new Princeton University Art Museum complex.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m most proud of launching SkyTrade, the world’s first platform to tokenize and trade air rights on-chain. We’ve turned a static, overlooked asset into a liquid, investable class. Since launch, 30K users have signed up, 15K air rights have been tokenized (valued at $57 million), and SkyTrade Towers now manage $8 million in AUM.
