What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced in my career is the fear of rejection especially when reaching out to people. Early on, I hesitated with every call or message. But I’ve learned that confidence is built through action. Most people aren’t focused on your mistakes they’re learning moments. Putting yourself out there gets easier with practice. The big lesson? Growth comes from doing the uncomfortable things, not avoiding them.

What is your top advice for someone just starting out in your field? Show up consistently, add value wherever you can, and always follow through. You might start with no contacts, but one solid relationship can lead to many over time. In real estate, your reputation is everything often more important than your resume. People talk, and word travels fast. Avoid chasing quick wins or overpromising just to get in the door. Be honest, dependable, and focused on long-term value. That’s how lasting careers are built in this business.
