Who or what do you attribute to your success?
Nothing can replace hard work when it comes to success. I take the time to really evaluate and develop each case I negotiate to show maximum results for our clients. I am also lucky to have partners and staff with that same work ethic.

Obtaining my Professional Engineer license in the state of New York, and establishing C3S CoRE Consulting, Inc. with my partners.

In 2018, I doubled the amount of business that I originated versus the previous year. By expanding my focus to cover all asset classes and becoming more familiar with different market dynamics, I also expanded my geographic range of deals

I attribute my success to having a learning mindset. I’m curious about everything in real estate and have worked in many different facets of the industry from acquisitions to commercial mortgage backed securities. My broad experience has helped me establish a big picture perspective.
