What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal or transaction in 2022? 

Closing a $ 71 million deal in Tampa, Fl. while interest rates increased two times since the deal went under contract. Many deals throughout the industry unfortunately fell apart, but this deal closed seamlessly 90 days after going into PSA.

How has your career path changed in 2022?

The majority of my sales have been the typical older vintage properties where a buyer takes a bridge loan and renovates the property to go through their value add business model. Throughout the course of 2022, as bridge debt grew more expensive, we started seeing more of our clients pivot to newer built class A / core properties.
