2024 Women in CRE: Khyati Shah, Vocon

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? A remarkable project transforming an amenity space in an iconic NYC building. Capitalizing on the building’s impressive ceiling heights, we created a unique basketball court that seamlessly converts into a town hall with the pull-out bleachers. This space also features golf simulators and a sophisticated bar/lounge area.

2024 Women in CRE: Carolina Aziz, Kassin Sabbagh Realty

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  Most exciting was the retail expansion for Anita Gelato, we identified a Times Square & Madison Square Garden outpost for them and completed the deal with Vornado Realty Trust. We additionally leased two spaces in the Penn Station train hall. 

2024 Women in CRE: Glwadys Fayolle, SkyTrade

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  I’m really excited about the launch of SkyTrade — it’s a game-changer in airspace management! By blending blockchain technology with decentralized finance (DeFi), we’ve created a platform that makes buying, selling, and renting airspace both secure and straightforward.

2024 Women in CRE: Rachel Radner, GPARENCY

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  Recently, I took on the challenge of working directly with a new group of CRE brokers who had no prior experience. By understanding each broker’s needs through daily one-on-one calls, building their confidence with clients, and providing tailored resources, I’ve successfully guided over fifteen new brokers each month to secure their first deals.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  I am most proud of the H Mart deal that I completed in Long Island City. As a resident of the neighborhood and a fan of the brand itself, I was thrilled to bring it to the community which had been vocal about wanting them there for a long time.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?  Our firm has grown tremendously over the past two years. We have taken on more national and international work and we are currently representing a large number of clients who are paving the way for diversity and inclusion in real estate.
