What are the most important factors young women should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with?

First and foremost, find an industry or role that inspires and motivates you, when you are passionate about your career, it (almost) never feels like work. If you aspire for future leadership, align yourself with a company that has a clear platform for growth and advancement. Look for signs of a supportive work environment for women and take note of other women in leadership roles. Try to meet with team members at all experience levels to get a true sense of company culture. Connect with me! With almost 20 years in this industry, I am always happy to share my experiences and offer any support and guidance.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?

Proud to be bringing back our Only Brooklyn annual real estate conference. This is our 10th annual event and will feature several curated panels that revolve around current real estate projects, trends and issues happening throughout the most exciting real estate market in the country - Brooklyn!
