What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am currently representing a charitable organization with the sale of a 160,000 s/f building and have been successful in obtaining over a dozen offers acceptable offers within 45 days of marketing the property.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? My dream was always to look out over the skyline and point out where I’d added to it. The first time I was able to do that was on 184 Morgan, a high-rise residential tower in Jersey City that topped out during COVID.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I am proud to have owned many of Dealpath’s marquee accounts, including Blackstone and Nuveen, two of the company’s largest clients to date. Last year I also secured leading firms CBRE Investment Management and LaSalle Investment Management as customers.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? The most impactful project was a rehabilitation of several NYC Housing Authority developments in Brooklyn, with RKTB and Magnusson Architecture and Planning.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’ve had the opportunity to work on several exciting and impactful projects, making it difficult to just choose one. However, I’m especially proud of how Evergreen has established itself as a major player in the real estate sector.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? A remarkable project transforming an amenity space in an iconic NYC building. Capitalizing on the building’s impressive ceiling heights, we created a unique basketball court that seamlessly converts into a town hall with the pull-out bleachers. This space also features golf simulators and a sophisticated bar/lounge area.

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of? Most exciting was the retail expansion for Anita Gelato, we identified a Times Square & Madison Square Garden outpost for them and completed the deal with Vornado Realty Trust. We additionally leased two spaces in the Penn Station train hall.
