Innovative Outlook:
The biggest opportunity for innovation in commercial real estate is further utilization of AI and technology. I am an advocate for using our advanced access to data and technology to make more intelligent decisions on behalf of our clients and amplify team talent through AI-driven improvement in marketing, research, transaction support, and all facets of our work. Leveraging the greater depth of information and reach that technology provides, in tandem with a team of industry experts that have an in-depth understanding of the nuances of our industry, is key to driving growth and transforming the commercial real estate industry.

Innovative Solution:
I have been at the forefront of the AI boom and have leveraged AI to drive change and solve for client needs beyond what has been historically available. I work alongside Newmark’s CIO to integrate AI into our technology infrastructure, using it to identify opportunities and solutions to the benefit of our clients. As part of my understanding of how to best use AI, I steer our talent strategy to identify key recruits and ensure their seamless integration across divisions to enhance the broader platform and position teams for success. Combining technology and teams who know how to leverage it appropriately is crucial to overcoming the challenges of this shifting market.
