What do you like best about being a woman in the AEC industry? I love shattering stereotypes and challenging expectations to show that gender doesn’t define ability. Being a beacon of change in a male-dominated field is empowering and I’m grateful for the women before me who broke barriers and cleared paths.
What recent project, accomplishment or award are you most proud of? My proudest accomplishment this last year was my promotion to assistant project manager and given the opportunity to advance my career. I look forward to becoming actively more involved in the overall construction process

What is your favorite building in New York? The Chrysler Building holds a special place in my heart. Before founding RCG, my office overlooked it. From rural Ireland, where I saw the city in movies, to now looking at it over my desk, I sometimes had to pinch myself.
