SL Green Realty signs new 10,820 s/f lease with Willow Tree Credit Partners

Manhattan, NY SL Green Realty Corp. has signed a new five-year, 10,820 s/f lease with Willow Tree Credit Partners covering the entire 29th floor at 450 Park Ave.

“We are delighted to welcome Willow Tree to 450 Park’s prestigious tenant roster,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “Park Avenue continues to be the brightest star of the Manhattan market that is experiencing improved tenant demand across all of midtown.”

The 33-story office tower is located at the intersection of 57th St. and Park Ave. Offering views of the skyline, the building is home to financial service and luxury tenants, including BlueCrest Capital, Bank United, Muzinich & Co, and Aston Martin. SL Green is completing a capital improvement program which includes a new lobby and tenant-only spa-quality wellness center featuring a fitness room, golf simulator, F-1 car racing simulators and resort style locker rooms.

SL Green was represented in-house by Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen.
