What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I have been involved with several of BEB Capital’s recent sale transactions, most notably a property in North Carolina that was leased to a national tenant, Iron Mountain. The sale included a lease buyout, as Iron Mountain’s lease was set to run through January 2027.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? The completion of a new Whole Foods Market fit-out in Stamford, CT. The project required intricate coordination between the design teams, contractors, material and equipment suppliers, as well as the store operations team.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m most proud of launching SkyTrade, the world’s first platform to tokenize and trade air rights on-chain. We’ve turned a static, overlooked asset into a liquid, investable class. Since launch, 30K users have signed up, 15K air rights have been tokenized (valued at $57 million), and SkyTrade Towers now manage $8 million in AUM.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m proud of completing the renovation of the Marquand Library of Art and Archaeology at Princeton University — a major capital improvement project and sole structure retained in the footprint of the new Princeton University Art Museum complex.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I recently advised on the acquisition and construction financing of a 325,000 s/f class A office building in Atlanta, featuring 600 structured parking spaces and governed by a commercial and residential condominium regime.
What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? I was fortunate to enjoy a series of very hands-on summer internships when I was in college with a few big name developers. The only possible downside was that they were mostly with very large, very institutional companies.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? One of the recent projects I’m especially proud of is the Osborne Fulton Community Reentry Center in the Bronx. What is your top advice for someone just starting out in your field? Learn the neighborhoods — zoning, ownership, trends — and build real relationships. Brooklyn is hyper-local, and trust matters. Be consistent, follow through, and don’t be afraid to do the groundwork. Focus on creating value, not just chasing deals.

I currently work on the ongoing redesign of three penthouses and the 6,250 s/f courtyard at Starwood Capital-owned, landmarked The Chatsworth co-op building at 344 W. 72nd St. in Manhattan. Our team is upgrading and adding full accessibility
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I helped a number of subrecipients of billions of dollars in Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund awards create subordinate loan programs to be funded with these grants. This was incredibly challenging and therefore rewarding given the scale,
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? My recent closing of a $76.7m construction loan for a condo project at 842 6th Ave. in NYC. I believe that when doubt seeps in, whether it be intrinsic or from a variety of extrinsic factors, the only way to combat and overcome that is to build a resume - a track record if you will.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? Recently, I had the opportunity and privilege to work as the operations project manager on a major and successful building systems transition affecting six properties, representing 10 million s/f of the Silverstein properties portfolio.
What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? A key challenge in my career was transitioning from a hands-on Portfolio Manager to a Regional leadership role. This shift required me to move from direct execution to focusing on strategy, mentorship, and long-term planning.
What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? One of the most significant challenges I faced was transitioning from practicing law in India to building a legal career in the United States. Navigating a new legal system, cultural expectations, and professional networks required immense adaptability and perseverance.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m proud to have surpassed $1 billion in closed real estate transactions that I personally originated. It’s especially meaningful to me because I entered the industry without prior experience and was initially turned away because of it. But I stayed determined — and it’s a good reminder to myself that nothing is impossible when you set your mind to it.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? Called Tower 77, this Greenpoint project is notable in terms of pure scale — 766 rental apartment across two towers connected by a central podium — and also in how it addresses the vulnerable site along the adjacent Newtown Creek.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? In the past year, I’ve worked on affordable and transitional housing projects in NYC. These matters involve complex layers of public-private coordination and financing, development and regulatory navigation — all in service of addressing one of the most pressing issues facing the city today.
What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? From the start, I was excited about my role at Savanna, particularly because the open structure made it an exciting challenge. Two of the biggest projects I was supposed to assist with were our portfolio insurance renewals and our ESG/GRESB reporting.

It’s been truly exciting to work on the leasing relaunch of 30 Wall St., a historic limestone building in The Financial District that was previously the United States Assay Office. I’ve been part of the team relaunching multiple newly built-out office suites, along with a unique retail opportunity
What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced in my career is the fear of rejection especially when reaching out to people. Early on, I hesitated with every call or message. But I’ve learned that confidence is built through action.
