NEW YORK, NY DJK Residential, a leading full-service real estate brokerage and relocation firm with offices in Manhattan and New Jersey, revealed the addition of two new licensed sales and rentals professionals to the firm. Talia Schwartz and Fainna Kagan have joined the Carole Armstrong Team, led by Agents Carole Armstrong and Jonathan Olaso.
“Fainna and Talia are exceptional additions to our evolving agency. They are dynamic professionals in our growing pool of talented and professional agents, and have unlimited support from Carole and our entire agency,” said Phyllis Pezenik, vice principal and principal broker of DJK Residential.
As a rentals agent specializing in luxury apartments, Talia provides clients with high-end service, concentrating on both the Brooklyn and the lower Manhattan markets. Her hands- on approach allows her to work closely and personally with clients in order to meet all of their needs in search for the perfect home. She has a diverse background in sales and extensive knowledge of the latest market trends.
Prior to DJK Residential, Talia worked at a law firm on Long Island, and also interned with U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer. She earned her honors Bachelor’s degree in psychology from LIU Post, formerly the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University.
As an associate broker, Fainna handles day-to-day operations, specializing in luxury sales on the Upper West Side, where she has lived the past 10 years. Fainna joins DJK Residential after working at a prominent national securities litigation law firm as a senior associate, representing investors in securities litigation, obtaining multi-million dollar settlements in numerous cases.
Her prior experience as an attorney contributes to her developed research and negotiation skills – assets valuable to the successful completion of real estate transactions at her move to DJK Residential.
“Talia and Fainna have the expertise we want representing our team and brand,” Armstrong said. “Both are extremely intelligent women who truly understand the real estate business and embody the professional and enthusiastic qualities that DJK Residential looks for in agents. We know they’ve already enhanced our team and company from the positive feedback received from their highly satisfied clients. We look forward to a long partnership.”
The hires contribute to DJK Residential’s overall growth. The company continues to expand, including further development through its commercial arm, DJK Commercial Realty, as well as the opening of a second sales office in New Jersey early next year.
