Salerno and Johnson join Iconik Enterprises

Massimo Salerno has joined Iconik Enterprises, LLC as a sales associate following a career spanning nearly 20 years in government and finance. Most recently a campaign finance director in Brooklyn, Salerno demonstrated his skills in management, budget analysis and constituent outreach and formed numerous contacts and knowledge of the community in the borough. At Iconik, Salerno will focus on locating investment opportunities in Brooklyn, including Williamsburg and Bushwick, vibrant neighborhoods undergoing development in many areas. Curtis Johnson, comes to Iconik Enterprises, LLC as a leasing agent and business developer concentrating on commercial space in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. With a career spanning over 20 years, most recently Johnson founded and ran his own real estate development firm, PC Realty Holdings, which included such projects as 25 high-end homes on the water, a 16-acre shopping center and a 276,475 s/f 14-story retail and commercial office complex.
