Rosenblum Companies welcomes Hardy, Huntley and Weisenburn

Guilderland, NY The Rosenblum Companies unveiled the addition of three new members to its growing staff: Salvatore Hardy, Stephanie Huntley, and Nathaniel Weisenburn.

Hardy brings 35 years of experience in the building maintenance and construction industries to the position of lead building engineer.

Huntley, accounting assistant, will be responsible for supporting property and corporate accounting. Huntley brings more than 10 years of relevant experience.

Weisenburn served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a helicopter mechanic specializing in hydraulic and electrical systems. He has a degree in Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technical Services from Hudson Valley Community College, and joins the Building Engineering team with a focus on environmental systems.

“I am thrilled to welcome these new additions, each of who brings a proficiency in their field that will complement our expert team,” said Seth Rosenblum, CEO of The Rosenblum Companies. “We have always prided ourselves on putting quality and customer service first, and I am certain that Stephanie, Sal and Nate will uphold that tradition.”

Hardy, Huntley and Weisenburn join several other recent hires at The Rosenblum Cos.:  Justin Bosy, project manager, and Kristen Diesel, director of leasing and client relations.

The Rosenblum Companies was named one of the “2015 Best Places to Work in the Capital Region“ by the Albany Business Review - also has openings for a Marketing Associate. 

The Rosenblum Companies is currently pursuing several diversified development projects, one of which is a conversion of the historic former Troy Record Building in Troy, NY, into a high-amenity mixed-use loft apartment building. The Rosenblum Companies also provides comprehensive property management and related services to investors and end-users.
