Rodriguez Commercial Realty brokers $3.15m sale
Brooklyn, NY Erik Rodriguez of Rodriguez Commercial Realty (RCR) has completed the $3.15 million sale of 862 East 17th St., located in the Ditmas Park/Flatbush Malls neighborhood. The property consists of 16 units, totaling 14,500 s/f.
The seller was Paul and Luisa Young; and the buyer was Indev Real Estate.
