Schwarz and Ficelman of Lee & Associates NYC handle 5,600 s/f lease at 2 Bank St.

2 Bank Street - New York, NY

New York, NY Brad Schwarz, executive managing director/principal, and James Ficelman, associate, of Lee & Associates NYC have negotiated a ground-floor and lower-level, 5,600 s/f lease at 2 Bank St., between West 4th St. and Greenwich Ave., for Quality Branded. The restaurant group is behind local establishments, such  as Quality Meats, Quality Eats and Quality Italian Steakhouse. They also own Don Angie, Maloney & Porcelli, Smith & Wollensky and Park Avenue.

“We were thrilled to secure such a standout tenant for our client, Sky Management,” said Schwarz, who represented the owner along with his associate, Ficelman. “This prime West Village corner is deserving of such a top-notch restaurant group that is always on trend.”

Surrounding restaurants and retailers include Tartine, Equinox, Aesop, Waverly Inn and Le Labo. 2 Bank St. is located near the A, C, E, L, 1, 2 and 3 trains at 14th St. as well as bus lines.

The tenant was represented by Taryn Brandes of Brand Urban. Asking rent was $200 per s/f and the lease term was 15 years.
