Rand Commercial brokers $13.26 million sale of Watchung Hills Family & Medical Center

76 Stirling Road - Warren, NJ

Warren, NJ Rand Commercial-Plawker Group negotiated the $13.26 million sale of Watchung Hills Family & Medical Center, a fully leased, multi-tenant medical office park at 76 Stirling Rd.

Adam Plawker and Jack Ritchie of Rand Commercial represented the seller. Eric Starker of Starker Commercial represented the buyer.

The property consists of three buildings situated on more than seven acres and is leased to a variety of medical and healthcare providers, therapists and daycare operators.

According to Rand Commercial, the property offered investors stable cash flow supported by a mix of healthcare and service-oriented tenants.
