Related sells top four floors of One Madison for $57.25 million

The top four floors, which encompass 10,160 s/f and includes the triplex penthouse, have gone into contract for $57.25 million. The undisclosed purchaser was represented by Dolly Lenz. The building is already over 75% sold.
