Moore joins Parsons Brinckerhoff as senior professional manager

Raymond Moore has been named a senior professional manager in the N.Y.C. office of Parsons Brinckerhoff. In his new position, Moore will be responsible for aviation business development and pursuit of airport projects throughout the northeast, including the N.Y./N.J. region. He has 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, most recently serving as director of strategic Initiatives at OTG Management, an airport food and beverage operator. Previously, he was regional director, corporate real estate at Delta Airlines, where he negotiated and managed airport real estate transactions and associated obligations for Delta and directed the airline's airport concessions programs at La Guardia and JFK airports. Moore received an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
