REBNY launches first podcast series ‘Real Talk NYC’

Manhattan, NY The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the City’s leading real estate trade association, launched its first podcast series ‘Real Talk NYC.’ The first episode of Real Talk NYC is now available, with new episodes planned for release on the first Tuesday of each month.

Real Talk NYC is produced by The Real Estate Board of New York communications team, edited and hosted by Grace Boak with help from Jason Ryan. Real Talk NYC will feature thorough discussions, interviews and expert insights from individuals helping to shape New York City’s real estate industry and broader economy. The podcast’s first three guests and topics are outlined below, and episode one can be listened to here.

  • Episode Two: How do we house more New Yorkers? - Christine Quinn, WIN
  • Episode Three: What's holding back Commercial-to-Residential Conversions? - Brian Steinwurtzel GFP

“New York City’s real estate ecosystem is complex and has a significant impact on the City’s economy, quality of life and public finances,” said REBNY senior vice president of communications Kay Sarlin Wright. “It’s our hope that Real Talk NYC will help a wide range of stakeholders better understand their built environment and policy issues related to housing, sustainability and economic development.”
