Manhattan, NY REAL New York  has ranked for the first time on the 2024 Inc. 5000, an annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. REAL New York ranks at no. 3,802 on the list. The ranking provides a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment — its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Microsoft, Under Armour, Timberland, Patagonia, and many other household-name brands gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

“Recognition by Inc. magazine is a testament to our dedication to the New York City real estate industry and our tenacious partnership commitment with landlords and developers,” said Robert Rahmanian, co-founder of REAL New York. “We are incredibly proud of this achievement, especially considering recent real estate market challenges."

Rahmanian said, “REAL New York is extremely dynamic in that we can transact on all sides of the business providing clients with residential services (both rentals and sales), new development sales and marketing expertise, and commercial leasing throughout the boroughs of New York City. This full-service brokerage approach continues to help us grow and support our clients.”

The Inc. 5000 class of 2024 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges. In all, this year’s Inc. 5000 companies have added 874,458 jobs to the economy over the past three years.

Louis Adler, co-founder of REAL New York, said “This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our agents and entire team, as well as the trust and support of our valued NYC landlord and developer clients. We look forward to continuing to scale our team in a healthy manner and expand our new development pipeline in 2024 and beyond.”

Tri-state capital migrates nationally amid regulation pressure - by Reese Weaver

New York tri-state multifamily investors are increasingly reallocating capital to less-regulated markets across the U.S. as rent control and legislative risk erode returns at home.
