Pyramid arranges $1.4 million in sales and an 8,700 s/f lease; includes $900,000 sale by Clark and Balash
Pyramid Brokerage Co. - Syracuse has completed two sales totaling $1.4 million and a 8,700 s/f lease. The deals include the following:
* The $900,000 sale of the former Farmers & Traders Insurance office building located at 960 James St. John Clark, SIOR, CRE, and Brian Balash of Pyramid brokered the sale. The 45,000 s/f property was sold to a local investor who purchased it from Columbian Mutual Life.
* The $500,000 sale of the former Country Club located on 5749 Celi Dr., Dewitt. The 13,350 s/f freestanding retail building, situated on 1.33 acres, was sold by Dewitt Four D's LLC to ZG Realty Inc. The new owner plans to redevelop the property. Graziano Zazzara, Jr. of Pyramid represented the buyer and Carmen Davoli of Pyramid represented the seller.
* The Rescue Mission leased 8,700 s/f of retail store front space at the Rite Aid Plaza on 4107 West Genesee St., Camillus. Mike Bellinger and Greg Hamel of Pyramid brokered the lease on behalf of the landlord, 4119 Syracuse Holding LLC.
