I currently run Mascia Development, LLC and we are investing in retail, medical office, multifamily and student housing along the East Coast and Midwest. We plan to continue to expand our investments across the entire U.S. and get back to my true passion which is real estate development.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I am an avid runner so running at the end of a long day is a great stress reliever for me it clears my head.

What is your dream job? Since I was a young boy I wanted to have my own company and be my own boss I am now literally living that dream.
