Pollack of the Lefrak Organization achieves CPM from IREM

The Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has welcomed another credentialed member to their organization. Marc Pollack is a property manager in the King & Queens division of the Lefrack Organization. He took the oath of Certified Property Manager (CPM) at IREM's November luncheon at the Union League Club. Pollack is among the youngest to earn the coveted CPM designation. The challenges in today's job market—from industry consolidation and increased competition to being expected to do more with less—make it harder for you to prove your experience and your credibility. The CPM designation can demonstrate your expertise and integrity to those who matter most—employers, owners and investors. CPM members are recognized as experts in real estate management, and they are at the top of the profession. 70% of those who hold the CPM designation hold the highest management positions (owner/partner or officer/director) than those without the designation. Total median compensation packages for CPM Members can exceed the packages of CPM Candidates of the same age, the same amount of experience and education, and with similar portfolio sizes by at least 13% and, in some brackets, by as much as 45%. - See more at: http://www.irem.org/credentials/for-individuals/cpm#sthash.fClDGiV9.dpuf
