Long Island City, NY The Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) will hold the installation of their 2014 officers on Thursday, January 23rd, 2014. Special Recognition Awards will be presented to the following: * Real Estate Person of the Year: Jodi Pulice, founder & president of JRT Realty Group. * Certified Property Manager of the Year: Gail Duke, CPM, senior vice president of New York Life Investment Management. * Accredited Residential Manager of the Year: Timothy Stapleton, ARM of NAI Long Island. * Industry Partner of the Year: Richard Silver, president of American Pipe & Tank Lining Co., Inc. The black tie optional event will held at Water's Edge, The East River at 44th Dr. Cocktails will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will start at 7:30 p.m. The price is $200 per person.
