Buffalo, NY Plaza Group welcomes newest tenant Goodwill Industries to occupy space in Delaware Place Plaza located at 2625 Delaware Ave. Goodwill has relocated their store once located down the street into a brand new 15,000 s/f space that will show off their new expansive floor plan. Formed in 1997, Plaza Group is locally owned and operated in Buffalo, consisting of a real estate portfolio that is as diverse as it is desirable. With beginnings in the retail industry, Plaza Group understands the needs of many of its customers like few others do. Rooted in Western New York since the late 1970’s, Plaza Group has amassed its real estate holdings and knowledge of the area in its effort to help businesses continue to succeed, working with local as well as national tenants.
