Sullivan and Crawford join Picone Construction Corp.

Clarence, NY Picone Construction Corp. welcomes Jim Sullivan and Kate Crawford to the Picone team. As project manager, Sullivan brings with him over 30 years of experience in the construction industry having recently emigrated from the UK, where he had worked on many high profile residential, commercial, health and educational projects in and around the London region. Jim has family ties to the Buffalo area and looks forward to working toward the continued growth of the company as well as experiencing the continued regeneration of the region in general. Crawford joins Picone as an administrative assistant. Crawford has an Associate’s degree in Applied Science and Business Administration from Bryant and Stratton. She holds a New York State Real Estate License, and has prior experience in the construction and real estate development industries. Crawford will be responsible for certified payroll records along with assisting in day-to-day operations.
