What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010? 76,000 s/f office lease at 201 Old Country Road, Melville, NY representing the tenant, Marchon Eyewear What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011? There has been a gradual loosening of credit restrictions, and an interest in proceeding to buy/lease property resulting from a couple of years of pent-up demand from companies that have been cautious, and are now proceeding. I think that more transactions will occur next year. What are some of your New Year's Resolutions? To spend more time letting my existing clients know how important they are to me.
