MSA set out to bring high-quality multifamily residential development to Long Island, with completed projects at 333 Warner Ave. in Roslyn and 218 Middle Neck Rd. in Great Neck Estates. Now under construction, 267 East Shore Rd. represents a unique addition to our portfolio, combining waterfront living with exceptional amenities, including a private park, outdoor terraces, and dedicated lower-level and rooftop amenity spaces. Seeing this development take shape is a significant accomplishment and an opportunity to make a lasting contribution to its community.

What excites you most about the future of commercial real estate?
In addition to 267 East Shore Rd., MSA has several multifamily residential developments planned across Long Island, including in Floral Park, Valley Stream, and Melville. These projects reflect continued investment in the Island’s future. Our goal is to create high-quality housing while contributing to surrounding communities through thoughtful master planning, transit-oriented development, and connections to nearby commercial corridors, retail destinations, and parks. By looking beyond individual buildings to the broader neighborhood, we aim to help shape more connected, vibrant communities.
