NYREJ's 2026 Developing Queens Spotlight

The New York Real Estate Journal is proud to present our first ever, Developing Queens Spotlight, featuring recently completed and active projects across Queens, submitted by developers, general contractors, and construction managers. This section will also provide a high-visibility platform for Industrial and Economic Development Agencies, Business Development Investment Corporations, and village, town, city, and community organizations to promote their region as a prime destination for business growth. Trade organizations are also invited to share strategic initiatives, recent networking events, and market trends shaping  commercial real estate and construction in Queens.

Below are the key dates and participation options for the Developing Queens Spotlight:
