The property sold for $850,000. * NYCRG was the sole broker for the sale of 3441 Kingsbridge Ave. Bronx, a 16,800 s/f commercial property. The seller was Sunray Food Products Corp. The property sold for $1.1 million. * NYCRG was the sole broker in a 8,000 s/f warehouse/flex lease for 155 Lafayette Ave., White Plains. The tenant is AW Items, Inc. and the landlord is 155 Lafayette Ave. Corp. * NYCRG was the sole broker in a 7,700 s/f warehouse lease renewal for 4 Warehouse Ln., Elmsford Distribution Center, Elmsford. The tenant was Pepperidge Farm and the landlord is Mack-Cali Realty Corp. * NYCRG was the sole broker for a 7,500 s/f lease for 155 Irving Ave., Port Chester. The landlord is 155 Irving Ave. LLC. * NYCRG was the sole broker in a 7,300 s/f warehouse lease for 35 Winthrop Ave., New Rochelle. The tenant is Verde Electric Corp. and the landlord is Cube Smart. * NYCRG represented the buyer and Tony DiCamillo represented the seller in the sale of 99 Lafayette Ave., White Plains. The property is a 6,600 s/f office building and sold for $862,500. * NYCRG was the sole broker in a 6,000 s/f retail lease for 761-763 Main St., New Rochelle. The landlord is 761-763 Main St., LLC.
