Myers of Newmark Associates leases 4,600 s/f

Newmark Associates, Inc. completed a lease for Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. at 629 Springfield Ave. The property, part of Berkeley Heights Plaza, is a single-story, 4,600 s/f brick building on a high-traffic street that includes office and retail space. Newmark Associates' Debbie Myers, executive VP, represented the tenant. Weichert Commercial Brokerage represented the landlord, Berkeley Heights Plaza, LLC. "The location of the building, within walking distance to the Berkeley Heights train station, offers outstanding access on a well-traveled street within Berkeley Heights. The space also features on-site parking, which is a major advantage for a high-traffic, downtown location," Myers said. "We were able to put together two units for the tenant, giving them ample office space for their business needs." The single-story, 4,600-square-foot building features a mix of office and retail space. Plentiful on-site parking is available with convenient access to the Berkeley Heights Train Station and other downtown locations. About Newmark Associates, Inc.
