Steve Soja and Steve Moore of Moore Corporate Real Estate represented the landlord, CommonWealth REIT. The property is managed by Reit Management & Research, LLC, Real Estate Services. 2144 Brighton Henrietta Town Line Rd. is a flex-style office building built in 1990 consisting of 28,610 s/f. The property is located in the city's South Central submarket with convenient access to the I-390 and I-590 expressways.
