Mor and Johnson of Capital Property Partners act for Patels in $3.595 million sale of Bronx development site

Bronx, NY According to Capital Property Partners, the Patel family have sold their development site to a private investor for $3.595 million. The sellers had originally planned to build a 75-key hotel on the 5,000 s/f site, but ultimately decided to sell. 

Nir Mor and Claire Johnson of Capital Property Partners represented both sides of the transaction in an off-market deal. 

335 Grand Concourse is in the Mott Haven neighborhood on the corner of Grand Concourse and East 140th St. close to the subway station and several other new developments. The lot has 30,000 buildable s/f.
